Critical to a growing business is the ability to raise funds, be they loans or permanent capital.  We can assist finding money from public or private sources, the government, and/or financial institutions. A significant portion of our practice is devoted toward helping companies with fund raising; from initial presentations for angel investing groups, to detailed plans for venture capital firms, to private equity, to private placements and public offerings. We know the expectations of Small Business Administration, OPIC, EXIM Banks, USAID and financial institutions generally. We are continually helping companies with their financial reporting requirements, including SEC reporting and SOX compliance. Our clients call on us to assist with valuing a business, selling their business or acquiring a business.
